熱氣球載客自由飛活動將延長至9月底.

台東鹿野高台草原上今(29)日16顆熱氣球齊發，象徵「2013臺灣國際熱氣球嘉年華」的蒸蒸日上，亦宣示自由飛空中遊覽觀光產業的來臨!熱氣球嘉年華活動的熱力持續延燒，佳評如潮!在最具話題性的造型球接連造訪臺東的帶動下，至7月27日止成功吸引56萬遊客慕名前來，熱情的遊客不約而同地直呼不過癮，黃健庭縣長宣佈載客自由飛將加碼到9月底，讓全臺灣民眾一起來瘋熱氣球一整夏。

2013臺灣國際熱氣球嘉年華自6月1日展開，來自各國色彩繽紛的熱氣球皆齊聚在球壇聖地－鹿野高台，包括憤怒鳥、烏龜球等各式造型球，階段性的露出，堆疊出波段性高潮的熱氣球嘉年華！ 除了原地飛行的繫留體驗，今年熱氣球嘉年華活動最特別的是推出全臺首次的「自由飛空中遊覽」，讓民眾能夠輕鬆的御風而行，欣賞得天獨厚的花東縱谷之美。

今日清晨4點30分起鹿野高台就陸續湧入不少遊客，5點30分在飛行總指揮官允許下，16顆熱氣球逐一的冷膨脹、啟球，隨後其中的14顆齊發升空，全場熱烈的歡呼，也創下台灣熱氣球史最高球數齊飛的紀錄，並宣示台灣熱氣球空中遊覽正式與國際接軌，縣長黃健庭伉儷、議長饒慶鈴、副議長陳宏宗及多位媒體都見證歷史的一刻。

黃縣長表示，2013臺灣國際熱氣球嘉年華自6月1日推出迄7月27日，已經成功吸引56萬人次的遊客前來欣賞，7月份雖然碰上2個颱風而活動暫停，少了幾萬人，不過，從數據上來看是跟去年7月差不多，由於遊客及網路一再的反映，且全臺唯一合法熱氣球自由飛空中遊覽，預約電話更是爆滿，反應熱烈，供不應求，6月15日開放報名至今已逾400位之幸運兒搭乘空中遊覽，且遊客反映評價相當高，並對台東縱谷的風景讚不絕口。

因此，台東縣政府為了讓更多有興趣的朋友們能享受天際翱翔之樂趣，將延長「自由飛空中遊覽」之體驗(為102年8月13日至102年9月30日)，並再加碼下午場次，以及增加2-3顆球，提供更多之搭乘服務，一圓倘佯藍天白雲間之夢想！熱氣球自由飛空中遊覽預約報名專線0975-316-362 (平日假日08:30~17:30由專人為您服務)。

【綜合報導】一群神學士(Taliban)武裝份子，在當地時間周一(29日)晚間，攻擊巴基斯坦西北方一座監獄，造成243名囚犯成功越獄，並有12人死亡。

巴基斯坦官員表示，遭到襲擊的是位於該國西北部城市德拉伊斯梅爾漢(Dera Ismail Khan)的監獄，神學士武裝份子分別使用榴彈砲與機槍攻擊監獄，這座監獄內關押了上千名神學士成員，以及其他武裝組織的重囚犯。根據《法新社》的消息，武裝份子身穿巴基斯坦警察的制服，一邊大喊「神學士萬歲」；「真主萬歲」等口號，一邊進行強力的武裝攻擊。死亡的12人中包括4名警察，另有7人重傷。
