【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】（大紀元記者林麗霞法國報導）法國人有句俗話說：「小孩要多喝湯，才能快長高！」且不提追究其來源和含義，但有一點比較肯定的是，每逢冬季，法國人都習慣喝湯。眼下隨著天氣逐漸變冷，又到了喝湯的季節了。近日，在巴黎一個擁有百年曆史的著名老餐廳Bouillon Chartier推出正宗靚湯，1歐元一碗！

Bouillon Chartier餐廳位於第9區（7 rue du Faubourg-Montmartre），它從1896年開始營業到現在，不但菜式地道，而且價格便宜，所謂物美價廉吸引了各階層的顧客前往。餐廳裝潢的古色古香，其建築已被列入歷史保護文物。許多國外遊客均評論說，到巴黎，必去Bouillon Chartier。

傳統的法式湯一般是用各種蔬菜混合煮至爛熟，然後用攪拌機攪碎成湯。常用的湯配料如韭蔥、土豆、胡蘿蔔、小西葫蘆、南瓜等，有時也可以按個人喜好，隨意用2至3種或更多種蔬菜混合而成。

靚湯本是Bouillon Chartier餐廳的招牌菜，法語「bouillon」有「（肉、雞等的）原汁清湯」的意思。今年冬天，該餐廳一直會有自製1歐元靚湯招待顧客。

【大紀元2013年10月21日訊】市長德拉諾埃日前發出一份通報，就經濟危機、稅收加重和市民的消費能力問題，提出一系列「社會盾牌」措施。

德拉諾埃稱在當前經濟不景氣和國家稅收增高的情況下，為了穩定巴黎市民的購買力和保證他們的權力，經過與市政委員會的討論後決定實施以下措施：

1、目前享受市政府補助金的市民，將繼續保持他們的原有福利，並且，市府將凍結個人所得稅檔次，使相應人士仍然可享受諸如全免費交通卡（carte Emeraude）、家庭能源補助、上門為老年人服務津貼等福利。

2、2014年的市政收費（如學校飯堂、音樂學院、娛樂中心等）將不會上調，即市政府將不會根據膨脹指數來調整上述服務項目的價格。

3、在住房方面，是一個令人憂慮的問題。因為房價貴，房租已成為許多家庭的一個重要開支，故此，市府要求所有的社會住房的房東盡最大的努力，從整體上維持2014年房租價格的穩定。

4、政府將會在全國範圍內凍結個人住房補助金檔次。在巴黎方面，市政府將針對巴黎獨有的住房補貼上調5 %，其中包括巴黎住房補貼、巴黎家庭住房補貼和巴黎單親父母住房補貼。

德拉諾埃還表示，就巴黎而言，要恢復其經濟的增長，並非是短期內所能達到的目標，所以市政府會扮演好保護市民經濟消費能力的角色，在必要時，會對經濟有困難的家庭進行減稅或免稅。

澳洲東部新南威爾斯省發生十幾起灌木林野火，其中兩處已完全失控，在強風助威下已一發不可收拾。有關當局表示，正在確定一處火災區是否是因為軍方實彈砲擊演習所造成。

在春木區的火災，已造成193棟住宅被焚毀，109棟受損；另一處在維多利亞山區，有7棟民宅全毀。

澳洲國防部表示，軍方從十六日起在當地「執行砲擊訓練」，曾造成多處火焰。

這起野火已造成多處道路封閉。春木區及藍山區受損最重。藍山區是聯合國世界遺產之一。

餐廳名稱：鬍子餐酒 消費時間：2013年/10月 地址：台北市大安區仁愛路四段345巷4弄4號1樓 電話：02-8773-9292 圖文版:http://inayearn624.pixnet.net/blog/post/277703069 為了幫朋友慶生選定了鬍子餐酒, 離忠孝敦化站不會很遠,但在巷子裡還是需要尋找一下. 莫札瑞拉起士烘蛋NT.260 那白白的一塊一塊是起士喔,非常美味! 上方的葉子叫甚麼名字我也不知道但是能吃的. 烘蛋非常扎實鮮嫩,鹹度也剛剛好. 濃郁的蛋香搭配加熱軟Q的起士,吃起來真是非常美味呀! 酥炸松露薯條附自製沾醬NT.260 松露醬用的滿大方的馬鈴薯條.旁邊附的醬我們沒有很喜歡~ 松露本身味道就已夠濃厚,所以沾醬要不要沾就看個人囉. 鬍子餐酒的分量似乎比一般義式餐廳都大. 野生干貝青醬燉飯NT.480 燉飯盛裝在紙上,這樣看可能會誤以為分量很小, 但最後根本吃不完呀,非常的飽,而干貝除了放在飯上的三大顆外, 飯裡頭都有切小塊的呢,給的一點都不小氣喔! 這干貝非常鮮甜,看那金黃也能知道煎得恰到好處. 而米心偏硬的飯是屬於非常道地的義式燉飯. 裡頭有青豆和杏仁片,青醬的香氣也增添了不少風味. 黃檸檬奶油甜椒燻鮭貝殼麵NT.380 這貝殼麵一上桌,大家就驚呼也太大了吧! 印象中的貝殼麵都是小小的小貝殼,但鬍子餐酒是大貝殼喔~ 燻鮭魚也給的大方,且很新鮮. 裡頭還有甜椒/起士和黃檸檬碎末,吃起來很特別. 而大貝殼麵很有嚼勁,不過奶油的關係,吃到最後還是會膩口. 我們想這就是附上一個大夾子要大家分食的緣故吧, 單獨吃到最後真的會生膩而無法再享用呢. 再來這一道就是鬍子餐酒非常火紅的燉飯~ 松露什錦起士菇燉飯NT.480 店家還在menu後方標住""聽說很厲害""呢! 看那水波蛋和那片不小氣的松露,就已經能感受到它的厲害了! 將有機水波蛋拌入燉飯中, 讓燉飯變得更加滑順可口.入口時松露的香氣,蛋的滑順和豐富的配料. 果然是一道非常厲害的燉飯呀,不過若跟松露之家的燉飯比,私心還是喜歡松露之家的. (不過價位也差非常多,鬍子餐酒的表現已經非常優秀了) 最後是重頭戲啦, 我們用來當慶生蛋糕的自製提拉米蘇NT.200 提拉米蘇價位雖高,但真的很大一塊呢,建議4個人分食. 沒有特別的花樣但看起來就是非常可口的蛋糕呢. 跟店家說要慶生用的,店家不僅幫我們插上蠟燭,端出來時還會放生日歌喔,很貼心! 總結: 硬要說鬍子餐酒的缺點的話, 就是價位偏高,但以份量來說,價位又算是剛好. 我們只有3個人前往,又貪心點了過多食物. 造成最後完全吃不下啦~非常滿足的一餐! -- ※ 發信站: 批踢踢實業坊(ptt.cc) ◆ From: 123.192.212.141

【劉曉霞／台北報導】台北看守所通過環評，最快2019年搬家，空出土地將挪為公園和住商混合大樓用地。對於台北看守所搬家，永慶房屋裕民店店長李建良坦言，短期內應該不會有特別加分效果。土城下半年指標建案不多，僅華固推出「新綠洲」案較受矚目。

李建良說，台北看守所搬家議題已談論多年，目前僅是環評通過，仍要看後續發展，若真的搬家，對學府路、青雲路的房市有加分效果，現在當地15年以上中古大樓成交均價約每坪33~37萬元。
